Añejo, unparalleled

Grown, aged, cooked, distilled, and bottled at the center of the universe: the Añejo is Jalisco’s story, one of earthen purity and honesty.

(FOR THE SENSES)
Golden in color with touches of amber, the Añejo is characterized by dominant notes of vanilla, caramel, almond, oak with subtle undercurrents of tobacco. The initial impression holds a refreshing essence of vanilla, followed by hints of light smoke and caramel. Subsequent whiffs reveal zesty green apple citrus, Spanish plums and sweet and bitter notes from the cooked agave.
(A GOLDEN SIP)
At first sip, the Añejo reveals a playful interplay between sweetness and citrus, with strong notes of apple and Spanish plum. This is followed by tannic spices reminiscent of tobacco, complemented by a harmonious blend of sweet caramel, almond, and velvety vanilla. These rich flavors coalesce for a long-lasting finale, with a soothing, sweet toffee-like finish.
(OLD WORLD TRADITION, NEW WORLD TOOLS)
The Añejo is aged for palate-perfection by life-long maestros, ultimately roasted and distilled in our state-of-the-art distillery located in the lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Our unique approach to the craft bridges the art of tradition with the ecological precision of modern distilling technology.
(THE VESSEL)
The Añejo’s vessel is meticulously hand-crafted in Hidalgo, Mexico, using the finest ceramic craftsmanship with an understated matte finish. The vessel is constructed for two primary reasons: to reflect and honor the rare tequila it holds, and to to be a lasting, timeless piece for an extended life beyond.
